Fairdeal Estate Consultant is our small business located at M-33-2438 in the Maharashtra Housing Colony. We are right near Eshanya Mall on Yerwada Nagar Road. It is a pretty active area with a lot of traffic and people. Our office is where we handle all the property consulting for this part of town. We are not a huge agency with a lot of branches; we just focus on what is happening right here in Yerwada. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or driving around to look at different houses and plots. It is a lot of physical work, especially when the weather is bad. We try to keep things honest and simple when we talk to clients. Real estate can be really confusing with all the different laws and prices, so we just tell people what we know based on our experience. We have been doing this for long enough that we have seen the market go up and down plenty of times. The office is usually a bit messy with maps and documents, but we know where everything is. People stop by when they are looking to rent or buy, or if they just want to know what their place might be worth. We do not use any slick sales tactics.
