Our little office is tucked away in Pune, specifically at 286 Heramb Society in Sahakar Nagar No 2. It is a pretty quiet spot most of the time, though you can hear the local traffic from Parvati nearby. We have been operating Eye Of Asia Innomedia Llp from here for a while now. The space is not very large, just enough for our desks and a small corner for making tea. We usually get in around ten in the morning and stay until the work is done. It is a simple setup with a few computers and some files stacked up in the corner. Sahakar Nagar is a nice area to be in because it feels like a real neighborhood rather than a cold business district. Most of us live close by, so the commute isn't too bad. We spend our days handling various media projects. It is mostly quiet work, just focusing on what is on the screen. Sometimes neighbors from the society pop their heads in to say hello. We don't have a big fancy sign outside or anything like that. Just the name on a small plate by the door. The building itself is older, but it has a good feel to it. We like it because it is honest and keeps us grounded. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us trying to do a decent job every single day. Pune weather is usually decent, which helps when we need a break outside.
