Excel Realtors

Excel Realtors is located over at B/502 in the Kalptaru Regency, which is part of the Beml Layout 3rd Stage on Yerwada Chandrshekaran Road. It is more of a residential setup than a typical office building. We like it because it is quiet and we can actually get some work done. We handle a lot of property deals in and around the Yerwada area. The office is basically just a room with a few chairs, a table, and a laptop. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps of the local layouts. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to move into the area or those who are looking to sell their old place. We know the neighborhood well, including where the best shops are and how the traffic flows during rush hour. It is a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes we are out all afternoon showing houses, and other times we are stuck inside doing paperwork. We don't use any complicated sales pitches. We just tell people what we know about the properties and let them decide. It is a straightforward way of working that has kept us going for years. Being based in a residential complex means we see our neighbors every day, which keeps us grounded. It is a busy but simple life here in the 3rd Stage.
