We're based over in Wadgaon Sheri, specifically in the Cerebrum IT Park. Our office is on the third floor, block B-3. It’s a pretty active area with all the tech companies around, but we mostly stick to the real estate side of things. Being in an IT park means there's always something going on downstairs. We handle various property matters for people in Pune. It’s not a flashy setup. We just have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. Most of the day is spent checking listings or talking to owners. We don’t do the whole high-pressure sales thing. If someone wants to look at a place, we take them. If they have questions about a contract, we try to explain it simply. It gets busy around here in the afternoons. The parking at Cerebrum can be a bit of a headache sometimes, so we usually tell people to come early if they are driving over. We’ve been at SR. NO. 13 for a while now. It’s a good spot because we’re close to a lot of new developments. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets signed and the keys get handed over. That's pretty much how we run things every day, focusing on the work right in front of us for the folks in Pune.
