Estatu Realty Private Limited

We are Estatu Realty Private Limited, and we work out of Pune. Our office is in Wadgaon Sheri, which is a part of town that has seen a lot of growth lately. You can find us at Cerebrum IT Park, specifically in building B-3 on the 3rd floor. It’s a big IT park, so there are always lots of people coming and going. We aren’t a huge company with a bunch of branches. It is just a small team of us handling property stuff for the locals. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to different sites. We look at a lot of floor plans and talk to builders. It’s a practical kind of job. We don't have any polished scripts or fancy marketing materials. If you come by, you'll see a pretty normal office with some coffee cups and stacks of paperwork. The area around Wadgaon Sheri is quite busy these days, and we like being in the middle of it. Sometimes the elevators in the IT park take a while, but that’s just how it goes. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the neighborhood like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just help people get their property deals sorted out without making it more complicated than it needs to be. That is basically our daily life here in Pune.
