We operate out of New Office 112A at City Point on Dhole Patil Road. If you know Pune, you know that this road can get pretty packed with cars and bikes at almost any hour. Our office is part of the FP 188 plot. It is a standard office building setup, nothing too crazy or modern. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have been with us for a while. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always people coming and going in the hallways. Sometimes the lift takes forever, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Dhole Patil Road has a lot of energy, and we like being in the middle of it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. It’s just us doing the work every day. The office gets a bit of sunlight in the mornings, which is nice, but by the afternoon it gets quite warm. We have a small pantry area where we make coffee. Most of our work involves looking at local listings and talking to people on the phone. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people working from this corner of City Point. It’s a practical place to be based, especially since it’s easy to get to other parts of the city from here.
