Erfolg Media Network Private Limited is based out of Pune, in an area called Pisoli. We are up on the 10th floor of Brookfield Willows, in flat number 1010. It’s quite high up, so we get a decent breeze most of the time. The building is behind the Dharmawat Petrol Pump, which is the main way people find us. Being out in Pisoli is different from being in the middle of Deccan or Camp. It’s a bit more on the edge of the city, so things feel a little more spread out. The commute can be a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from, but once you’re here, it’s a good place to work. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a sign. It’s just an office in a residential-commercial building. We set up our computers and get to work. Sometimes we spend the whole day without realizing how much time has passed. The view from the 10th floor is probably the best part, looking out over the changing landscape of Pune. We aren't trying to sound like some high-flying agency. We’re just a group of people in an office in Pisoli. We handle our media work and keep things moving. It’s a quiet spot for the most part, except for the wind. We like it this way. It’s simple and it works for us. We don't need much else besides a stable connection and some good coffee.
