Engicon Airtech Pvt Ltd

We are running Engicon Airtech Pvt Ltd out of number 91 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. It is a loud industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around outside our door. We work with air systems and big fans, the kind you see in factories or large buildings. The shop floor is usually covered in metal bits and tools. It is not a clean place, but that is how it goes when you are building stuff like this. We have a few machines that make a lot of noise during the day. Most of the guys have been here for years and know exactly what to do without being told. We spend a lot of time measuring ducts and checking blueprints. Bhosari is a good place for this kind of work because everyone around us is doing something similar. If we need a specific bolt or a piece of steel, there is usually someone just down the road who has it. It gets hot inside during the summer, but we just keep the big doors open and get on with the job. We do not do much advertising; people just know we are here in the estate. We handle a lot of metal sheets and heavy components every day. It is dusty work and our hands are usually dirty by noon. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is going on. It is just a regular engineering spot.
