We're at Chordia G Haveli on the 8th floor. It’s a busy spot in Pune. Mostly we deal with local property stuff. It’s just a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at sites. The office is in Suite 802. Sometimes the lift takes a while since it's a high floor. People come in to ask about plots or flats nearby. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy talk. Just telling it like it is. If you're near Sr.No.36/1/1, you might have seen the building. It's not a huge operation, just us working through the daily paperwork and meetings. Some days are quieter than others. We know the neighborhood well because we've been here a bit. It’s mostly about helping folks find a place or figure out their paperwork. Dealing with real estate in Pune means keeping up with a lot of changes. We just focus on what's in front of us. No big corporate goals, just getting the job done for whoever walks in the door. If you need to find us, look for the Chordia G building. The view from the 8th floor is actually pretty decent, you can see quite a bit of the local area from up here. We're usually around during normal hours, unless we're out at a site visit or something. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but that doesn't happen often.
