ELITEACRES LLP is based out of Shop No 306. We are located near the Sayaji Hotel on the Mumbai Bangalore Highway. Our spot is at SR No. 164 in Pune City. Being right by the highway means it is always noisy with cars and trucks passing by, but it makes us easy to find. The 411057 area of Pune is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Our shop is not very large. We have just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for when people visit. It is a practical setup for a small real estate firm. We do not have a fancy reception area or a person in a suit waiting at the door. It is usually just one of us sitting there working on a laptop. We handle a lot of local property queries. The highway location is convenient because we can jump in the car and be at a site in no time. We are not fancy people. We like to keep things simple and talk to our neighbors. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it tidy enough. It is just a normal workplace in Maharashtra where we do our best to keep things moving. We do not use any slick sales talk. If you come in, we will just tell you what is available and what the situation is. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
