Earnest Real Estate

We run Earnest Real Estate from our office in Ganga Satellite. We’re in unit A3/602. It's in the Wanawadi area, right by Fashion Street. If you know where Raheja Garden is, we’re just opposite that. It’s a nice enough spot, though it gets quite crowded because of the shopping nearby. We deal with a lot of the apartments and houses in this specific neighborhood. Most of our day is spent answering emails or showing people around the units in the building and nearby complexes. The office is small but it serves its purpose. We have a couple of desks and a lot of keys. Being near Fashion Street means there’s always something happening outside. We started this because we lived in the area and knew the buildings well. It’s more of a local operation than anything else. We don’t use those big shiny brochures; we just show the places as they are. Sometimes people just walk in after visiting the gardens across the street. We’ve helped families move in and out of Ganga Satellite for several years now. It’s interesting to see who comes and goes. The space in the office is a bit tight when we have more than two clients at once, but we make it work. It’s just a regular local real estate shop helping people find a place to live in Wanawadi and we plan on staying for a long time.
