Dylan Welsh Projects Pvt Ltd is located over in Kothrud at 5/B. Kothrud is a nice part of the city, with plenty of trees and a mix of old and new buildings. Our office is fairly small and simple. We do not need much space since we spend most of our time on our laptops or out visiting project sites. It is just a few of us working here. We have a small pantry where we make coffee every morning. It is not the best coffee, but it helps us get started. We usually have our meetings around a table that feels a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time. There is always someone coming or going. We have a big whiteboard on the wall where we scribble notes and deadlines, though it usually looks like a mess to anyone else. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and we do not bother with formal clothes unless we really have to. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we know all the local lunch spots and where to get the best snacks nearby. It is a decent place to work. We just focus on the projects we have and try to make sure everything stays on track without causing too much stress. It is just a small team doing our best to get things finished properly. We like the quiet vibe of our little corner in Kothrud.
