DW Realtors LLP operates out of Unit 313 in the 10 Biz Park building. We’re located at SR No-227/A/1 to 17 Plo in Pune. It’s a modern enough building, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We’re just a small group of people who handle property transactions. There isn’t much to the "About Us" story other than we show up every morning and get to work. Real estate involves a lot of back-and-forth, phone calls, and visits to different sites across the city. We try to handle the boring stuff, like the documents and the legal filings, so the people we work with don't have to worry too much about it. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. If someone asks a question, we try to give a plain answer. It’s a busy office, especially on Mondays, but we like the pace. Being in a business park means we see a lot of other local companies around too. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help people find the right place to stay or do business. We’ve lived in Pune for years, so we’ve seen how the neighborhoods have grown. That experience helps when we’re trying to figure out what a fair price is or which area is getting too crowded. We’re just local folks doing a job we understand.
