Our shop is at Lunkad Tower in Viman Nagar, specifically Shop No 8 on PN 3. Viman Nagar is a pretty active part of Pune and we’ve been here for a while now. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just our small team working out of this shop. We handle different kinds of property deals, mostly around this side of the city. The office is simple, with just the basic stuff we need to get our work done. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell it like it is when someone asks about a flat or a piece of land. A lot of our time is spent out of the office, meeting people and looking at buildings. When we are in, we’re usually catching up on calls or fixing our records. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the Pune traffic, but we enjoy being in Viman Nagar. There are always new shops and people moving in, so there's plenty to do. We don't try to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to do honest work and help folks find a place that fits their needs. It’s a straightforward way to run things and it seems to work for us and the people we help every day. We just stay busy with the paperwork and site visits.
