Dream House Properties

Dream House Properties is located over in Renuka Nagar, specifically at Tanishqua Heights. We are in A Building, Flat No 301. Our place is on Survey No- 112, which is right near Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. It’s a good landmark to give people because everyone knows where the hospital is. Being in an apartment building means our office feels a bit like a home, which we don't mind. We have a view of the street from the third floor, and we can see the traffic going toward Warje. The office is basically a flat that we’ve set up with desks and some filing systems. It’s usually pretty quiet here, apart from the sounds of the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time going through documents and checking on different property listings. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it’s just a delivery, but we are always here ready to work. We like being in this part of Warje because it’s a settled area. There’s a bit of a breeze that comes through the windows in the evening. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us handling the daily tasks. We keep our schedules on a big wall calendar. It’s a practical setup that allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions. Most of our day is spent on the phone or organizing folders for different clients.
