Dream Home Realty is located over in Viman Nagar, near Green Park and the Datta Mandir. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets quite crowded during the festival times because of the temple nearby. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Our office is a bit small and cluttered with files, but it’s where we get everything done. We spend a lot of our time walking around Viman Nagar, looking at apartments and talking to owners. It’s a lot of legwork, literally. We aren't some corporate office with people in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for walking around in the heat. People come to us when they need a place to stay or want to sell their flat. We don't have any big speeches or sales pitches. We just show you what is on the market and tell you the price. Sometimes the deals are easy and sometimes they take forever because of some legal issue or another. That’s just the reality of the business here in Pune. We like being near the park because it gives us a bit of a breather when things get too hectic. We’re just a local business trying to keep our heads down and do the work properly.
