Dorabjee Estate

Dorabjee Estate is our small office in Dhayari, right in Jay Vijay Park. We are located in shop number 6 of the Siddhi Towers, which sits right on the main Kondhwa Road. Because we are on the main road, we get a lot of people just dropping in to ask about property. Real estate is what we do, but we aren't a big, flashy agency. Our office is pretty simple. It’s usually just us with a few desks, a lot of files, and a map of the area on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites around Dhayari. Kondhwa Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise and energy right outside our window. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up all the time. We know the local market because we live and work right here. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. We just talk to people and help them find what they are looking for. It’s a very personal way of doing business. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of people. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. It’s just us here in Siddhi Towers, helping people with their property needs in a straightforward, local way. We like being part of the community here in Dhayari.
