Discounted Flats

You can find us at Discounted Flats in the Metropole Building. Our office units are S4 and S5. We are located right on Bund Garden Road, which is a fairly major thoroughfare in this part of the city. Being next to the Inox cinema is a good landmark for people trying to find our door. The building is one of the more established ones in the area, and we’ve been here for a good while now. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks and computers where we keep track of various property listings. We don't have a lot of wall decorations, maybe just a couple of calendars and some maps of the city. The windows look out onto the street, and we can see the queues forming for the movies in the evenings. It’s a straightforward workspace where we spend our hours talking on the phone and meeting with people who drop by. Bund Garden Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. Finding a parking spot near the Metropole can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially on weekends. We try to keep things organized, but there is usually a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting. It’s not a corporate-style showroom, just a functional place where we get our work done. Most of the other businesses in the building are quite friendly, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards pretty well. It is a decent, honest place to run our daily operations.
