Dirigent Infotech Private Limited is based out of the Sky View building, specifically flat number 903. We are located near the Balewadi Stadium Road in Pune. The address has all these survey numbers like 23/1B/(P) and 23/2B (P), but basically, we’re in Lakshman Nagar. Being on the ninth floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, though mostly you just see more construction and the stadium in the distance. The Balewadi area has grown so fast lately, and it feels like there’s a new building popping up every week. It’s a busy spot, especially when there’s an event at the stadium and the traffic gets backed up all the way to our gate. The office itself is pretty standard for an infotech company. We’ve got our screens, some messy cables, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. It’s not some fancy tech campus; it’s just a flat that we’ve turned into our workspace. The commute for some of us involves the bypass road, which is always an adventure. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing here. We’re just a bunch of people who know their way around software and systems. The atmosphere is casual, and we mostly just focus on hitting our deadlines. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the road noise, but we just put our headphones on and keep going. It’s an honest, hard-working environment in a very active part of Pune.
