Dhna Realty Llp is based at Plot No 46/10 in the Shakuntala Apartments. We are located on Law College Road in Erandawane. This is Sr. No 3 for those looking at the land maps. It’s a nice part of Pune to work in. Shakuntala Apartments is an older building, so it has that solid, lived-in feel to it. Our office is just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms where we keep our desks. Law College Road is usually pretty busy with students and traffic, but Erandawane is a pleasant neighborhood overall. We mostly focus on property stuff around here. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know the area well. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or have a big flashy website. We just rely on the work we do every day. Sometimes we sit on the balcony for a break when the weather is nice. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time it’s just jeans and shirts. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and we like the pace of things here at Dhna Realty. It’s a comfortable place to get through the daily tasks and we know our neighbors well.
