We’ve been at Shop No 28 in Saraswati Complex for a while now. If you know Bibvewadi, you probably know where the police station is. We are just right near there. It’s a busy spot in Pune, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we get our work done. Most days at Dhere Associates start with some tea and a look at whatever files are on the desk. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions because of the police station nearby. We don’t mind. It is part of being in a neighborhood like this. The complex has a few other shops too, so there is always some noise or people moving around. We just focus on our projects. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We handle the usual things you’d expect from an office like ours. There isn't a big team here, just a few of us making sure things move along. We try to keep things simple. If you are walking around Bibvewadi and see the Saraswati Complex sign, that is where we stay. It is a practical place to work. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more shops opening up and more people coming into this part of Pune. It’s home for the business and we like it here.
