We are located in Gulab Nagar, specifically at Saikunj, H No 1048. It’s part of the S No 32/2/1 area here in Pune. Dhankawade Square Realtors LLP isn't some giant corporation. We’re more of a local neighborhood office. Most of us live nearby, so we see our clients at the market or while we’re out getting coffee. We deal with real estate because it’s what we know. There’s a lot of talk in this industry about being the biggest or the best, but we don't really care about that. We just want to make sure that when someone comes to us for help with a house or a plot of land, they get the facts. We spend a lot of time double-checking numbers and looking at old property records. It’s slow work sometimes, but it’s important to get it right. Our office isn’t anything too special, just a place to sit and talk through the paperwork. We like the Gulab Nagar area because it feels real and grounded. People here are straightforward, and we try to be the same way. No fancy suits or rehearsed pitches. Just us, a couple of desks, and a lot of local knowledge.
