Devendra Real Estate has been operating out of the Kakad Industrial Estate for quite some time now. We are located at number 47 in Sainathnagar, right by S Keer Marg and L J Road. It’s a gritty part of town, very industrial, but we like it that way. There is always a lot of activity with trucks and people working nearby. We handle property stuff, mostly industrial units and some residential places around the neighborhood. Our office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old maps on the wall and a few desks that have seen a lot of use. People come in looking for space for their small businesses or a place for their families to live. We listen to what they need and see what’s available on the market. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of walking around in the heat and looking at empty buildings. We know the streets around L J Road very well. We’ve lived and worked here long enough to know the history of most of these buildings. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just try to be helpful and give people the facts about a property. It’s a bit dusty and loud outside, but it’s our home and we’re used to the rhythm of it. We keep things simple and honest.
