We are out on Dehu Alandi Road, specifically at Shelar Wasti in the Kondhwa Khurd area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center. The road can get quite busy with trucks and heavy vehicles moving through. Our location is more of a practical workshop space than a polished office. We have a lot of tools and materials sitting around most of the time. It gets a bit dusty because of the industrial feel of the neighborhood. We usually start our day pretty early before the sun gets too hot. Kondhwa Khurd has changed a lot over the years with more buildings popping up. Our spot is a bit old, but it serves its purpose. We have a small desk in the corner where we handle the paperwork and phone calls. The rest of the space is for the actual work. There is a small shop nearby where we get our daily snacks and cold drinks. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while. we don't use fancy titles or have big meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s a hands-on environment. Sometimes the power goes out, so we have a backup plan for that. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
