We are located at 106 Viman Nagar, right in Pralhad Smruti. If you know where the Maruti showroom is, we are just opposite that. It's a busy part of the neighborhood. Being a consultant here means we see a lot of people coming and going. Viman Nagar has changed so much lately with all the new buildings and shops. We started Desarda Real Estate Consultant because we saw how confused people got with all the property stuff. It isn't always easy to figure out where to live or what a fair price is. We spend a lot of time on our feet, looking at flats and talking to owners. Our office is simple. We don't have those big glass walls or fancy coffee machines. Usually, there's just a few of us drinking chai and looking over papers. It gets loud outside with the traffic from the main road, but we've gotten used to it. People drop by without an appointment sometimes, and that’s fine. We try to help out however we can. Whether it’s a small room for a student or a bigger place for a family, we've seen it all.
