Denver Realty LLP is based up at Pinnacle Ridge in Kondhawa Bk. Our spot is PL-D/9, right near the SN-33/36 area. It’s a bit of a climb up here, but the view of Pune isn’t bad. We’ve been working out of this location for a while, focusing on what’s happening in the local real estate scene. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have a couple of desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. Kondhawa is a growing place, and there’s always something new being built or someone moving in. We try to keep up with it all. We don’t go in for those polished marketing speeches. We’d rather just tell it like it is. If a property has issues, we say so. If a deal looks good, we help it along. It’s mostly about being practical. We know the roads around here and the people who live in the buildings. We’re just regular folks who happen to know a lot about property laws and local prices. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when deadlines are close, but we get through it. We’re just a local business trying to do right by the people who walk through our door. That’s the long and short of it.
