We are located on FC Road in Shivaji Nagar. The office is in Bhosale Heights, specifically on the stilt floor at 1195/5. If you know Pune, you know how busy FC Road gets. It’s always crowded with students and shoppers, but our office is tucked away a bit. We’ve been working in real estate from this location for some time now. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to manage the listings and meet with people. We don't use any fancy corporate language here. We just talk like regular people about houses and land. Most of our day is spent either on the computer or out walking the streets to look at properties. Being in Shivaji Nagar means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a good spot because we can get to almost any part of Pune pretty quickly. We aren't interested in being the most polished company out there. We just want to be reliable for the people who walk in. There’s a lot of paperwork in this business and we spend a fair amount of time just making sure the files are correct. Sometimes the noise from the street is a lot, but we’re used to it. It’s just the way it is when you work in a central area like this. We keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks.
