Our office is located at 100 Main Street in the Camp area of Pune. If you know Camp, you know it’s got that old-school feel that’s hard to find anywhere else in the city. Denali Properties LLP has been operating from here for some time now. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the local property market and try to help people navigate it. Dealing with houses and land around here means knowing the history of the streets. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or walking to different spots nearby. It isn’t always glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking papers and making sure things are legal and above board. We try to be plain-spoken. There’s no point in using big words just to sound important. People come to us because they want someone who knows the area and won't give them the runaround. We like being on Main Street; it’s convenient for everyone. Whether someone is looking for a small place or something bigger, we just try to get the details right. We’ve seen the city grow and change, and we’re just happy to be a small part of it. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll probably see us heading out for tea or coming back from a site visit. That’s just how we run things.
