Demech Chemical Products

Our location here at T-77 in the Pune Cantonment Board area is a bit different from the usual big industrial zones. Being on 2nd Cross in Bharathi Layout means we’re tucked away in a spot that feels a bit more like a neighborhood. At Demech Chemical Products, we do things in a very straightforward way. We don't have a giant headquarters, just this practical space where we manage our chemical supplies. The traffic on the way here can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, so we try to get our big shipments out early in the morning. The guys working here have been around for ages, and they know where every single item is stored without even looking at a list. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs something, they just come by and ask. We don't have a lot of meetings or long emails. Most of our work is done on our feet, moving between the storage area and the small desk we use for paperwork. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment arrives, but we always find a way to make it fit. We like being in this part of Pune; it has a bit of character that you don't find in the newer developments. We’re just a bunch of people working hard to make sure our customers get what they need without any delay. It's not glamorous, but it is exactly what we signed up for.
