Decent Realties

Our office is over at 44/5 in Uruli Devachi, right off the 5th Main road near H Siddaiah. We've been working in the property business for a long time. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at different plots or buildings. Some days are slow and we just sit in the office waiting for the phone to ring, and other days we are out in the sun all afternoon. The area around here is growing, so there is always something new happening. We handle a lot of paperwork which can be a real headache sometimes. People come to us because they want to find a place to stay or a bit of land. We just tell them what is available and what the situation is with the documents. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big sales pitch. It’s mostly just showing people around and answering their questions about the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to get around quickly. We’ve lived and worked in this part of town for years, so we know the local streets pretty well. It's a small team here. We make tea, talk to the neighbors, and try to keep track of who is selling what. It’s not glamorous work but it keeps us busy and we like being part of the community. We just try to be honest about the properties we have on our list.
