Dealwel Commercial Property

Our office is tucked away in the Sterling Center on M.G. Road. It is at No. 225 if you are looking for the door. It is right across from Aurora Tower, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. This part of the city gets really crowded during the day, especially with all the cars and people heading to work. We spend most of our time here dealing with commercial properties. It isn't a flashy place, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet folks who need a shop or an office space. M.G. Road has changed a lot lately, but Sterling Center stays pretty much the same. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a nightmare, but that is just how it is in this area. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking through paperwork. We do not really do much advertising; people mostly just find us because they are already in the building or they know the neighborhood. It is a practical setup. We have a couple of desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps of the local area. When someone comes in, we just sit down and see what they are looking for. It is a simple way to run things. We know the landlords and the other business owners nearby. It is just how we do things at Dealwel. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind in a busy part of town.
