We are D M Rathi Reality Llp and our office is tucked away in Sukhsagar Nagar. We are at Plot No 1B, which is number 16/2 if you are looking at the old records. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Amba Mata Mandir in Katraj. We are very close to the temple. It’s a quiet enough area most days, except when there is a festival at the Mandir, then it gets really packed. We’ve been here at this plot for a while. Our office is just a basic room where we keep our files and meet people. It’s not polished or anything. We have some plastic chairs for guests and a big table where we do all the planning. Katraj is a good place for us because we live nearby. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We deal with real estate things, mostly just local land and buildings around this part of town. We try to keep our overhead low, so we don't spend money on fancy signs. Just a simple nameplate outside. It’s an honest way to work. We know the neighbors and they know us. If you are near the Amba Mata Mandir, you’ve probably walked right past our door without even realizing it. We like it that way. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the usual work day in and day out.
