Our spot is over in Gultekedi, Pune, specifically at Salisbury Park. We are located at 557/A/11B, in the Sadhguru Krupa building. It’s right across from Esha Palace, which is how most people find us if they get lost. This office is run by people who know Pune pretty well. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. We just deal with property and real estate matters for the local area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks and a lot of paper. We spend our days tracking down details on buildings and helping folks figure out where they want to be. Salisbury Park is a nice enough area, and being in Gultekedi means we are close to a lot of what's happening. We aren't interested in being a big corporate machine. We just want to do the job right and help out the people who come to us. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a lot of movement in the market. We take it as it comes. There’s a bit of a mess on the desks usually, with blueprints and forms everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a human way of working. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay as long as the work keeps coming in. We enjoy the local food around here during our lunch breaks too.
