It’s not one of those high-rise offices you see in the IT parks. It’s a lot more grounded than that. We have a few rooms where we keep our machines and where we sit to do our daily work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a relief given Pune traffic. The office can get a bit messy with all the cords and papers lying around, but we know where things are when we need them. We aren't big on fancy titles or corporate structure. Usually, we just sit together and figure out what needs to be done for the day. It’s a practical setup for a small team like ours. We have our tea breaks and sometimes we talk about things other than work just to clear our heads. It’s an honest living and we’re glad to be doing it here in Wadgaon Bk. We don't put on any acts for anyone. What you see is pretty much what you get with us and our little office in Samarthnagar.
