Crisil

Crisil is situated right near the Air Force Gurudwara in the Loahgoan area of Pune. Being out here at Sno 165 means we are away from the main city rush which is actually quite nice most of the time. The 411047 area has its own pace. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day. There is a lot of back and forth with different tasks but we try to stay on top of it all. It is a regular setup here, nothing too flashy or complicated. We have our desks and our computers and we just get on with it. Sometimes the planes from the nearby base make a bit of noise but we have all gotten used to it by now. It is just part of being in this specific corner of Pune. We have been in this spot for a bit and people in the local neighborhood know us well enough. We don't spend a lot of time talking about what we do, we just do it. It is a practical way to run things. The walk to the local shops isn't too far if we need a break or some tea. Usually, the afternoons are the busiest time for us. We just handle things as they come and try to keep everything moving. It is a simple operation really. We don't have any corporate manuals or polished speeches, just the daily grind of keeping things organized in Loahgoan.
