We’re tucked away behind the Pranam Hotel in the Hadapsar area of Pune. The exact place is 2 Daulat Vihar, right off the Pune-Solapur Road near Gadital. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of traffic passing by on the main road all day, but once you get behind the hotel, it’s a bit calmer. Crisil Ltd has been operating from this spot for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we do our business. We deal with a lot of paperwork and digital stuff that needs careful attention. The staff here is mostly local folks who know the Pune area well and don't mind the commute. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets a bit dusty because of the road works nearby, but we keep it tidy enough. It’s a convenient location for us because of the transport links at Gadital. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing with suits and ties. We just show up, do the work, and go home. People sometimes struggle to find us the first time, but telling them "behind Pranam Hotel" usually helps. We’ve got a decent routine going and we stick to it. It’s a practical office for a practical team. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the work done right. That’s how we’ve always done things here in Hadapsar.
