Our place is in Umang Premier, specifically Flat C/1201. We are located in Daund, which is a bit of a distance out but we cover a lot of the Pune area from here. Gat No 690 to 710 is the general area if you are looking for us. We are high up on the twelfth floor, so we see a lot of the surroundings. It's a real estate office, but it feels more like a regular home since we are in a residential-style building. We don't have big signs or a lobby. Most of our clients are people from the local area or folks looking to move out this way. We spend a lot of time driving between Daund and the main city. It’s a lot of work keeping track of the different plots and building projects around here. We aren't some big firm with a marketing department. It's just us handling the paperwork and meeting people at the sites. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a busy week, but we always get through the files eventually. We prefer the quietness of being a bit further out from the main Pune chaos. It’s a different pace of life here. We just focus on getting the job done and helping people find what they need in the property market. It involves a lot of patience and many long drives every single week.
