Contour Art Design

Erandwane is a nice part of the city, and we have been tucked away here at 4 B for a good while now. The sign outside says Contour Art Design, which is exactly what we do. It is not a very big place, just a simple workspace where we handle various art and design tasks. Most days you will find a few of us sitting around with sketches and different tools. We don’t really go for the corporate look. Our desks are usually covered in papers and there is often a bit of a mess, but that is just how we work best. We like being in Erandwane because it feels like a real neighborhood. The 4 B address is easy to find if you know the little lanes around here. Sometimes people pop in just to see what we are making. We aren't doing anything fancy or trying to be the biggest studio in town. We just focus on the design projects that people bring to us. It could be something small or a bit more involved, but we treat it all the same. The light in the morning is pretty good through the windows, which helps when you are trying to get the colors right. We have grown fond of this spot over the years. It is just a regular place where local people come to get some art work done. We’ve been here long enough that the walls are covered in old ideas and half-finished projects. It is home to us.
