CLUSTERYARD PROPERTIES LLP

We are based in Lohegaon, specifically at the Pride Aashiyana building on Porwal Road. Our office is in unit FL B1 603. Lohegaon has seen a lot of changes recently with so many new residential projects going up. We have watched most of them being built right from our office window. We focus on properties in this specific area because it is where we live and work. There is a mix of people moving here for jobs or just to find a bit of peace away from the city center. Our workday usually starts early with us checking through our messages and seeing who is interested in the properties we have listed. We are not a large corporation with a big staff. We just operate out of our space and meet people whenever they need to see a place. Porwal Road can get quite congested with cars, but it is a central spot for this neighborhood. We deal with all kinds of property questions. Sometimes people just want to know where a certain building is, and we help them out. We do not have a corporate way of speaking. We just talk to people like we would talk to our friends. A lot of our time is spent coordinating between owners and people looking for rentals. It is a lot of back-and-forth work. We also keep an eye on the new developments starting nearby to stay informed. It is a simple local business.
