CHSM LLP is based in Vaghjai Nagar, which is part of Ambegaonkhurd. We are located at S/No. 48 in Ganesh Park. If you are trying to find us, we are quite near the Patangrao Kadam Bungalow. That is the main landmark everyone uses around here. The office is just a regular room in a typical Pune building. It isn't flashy or modern. We have the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and some old metal shelves for our files. The neighborhood can be fairly busy during the day, but we are tucked away enough that we can get our work done. We spend most of our hours here just chipping away at the workload. There is no big philosophy behind what we do. We just come in every morning and stay until the tasks for the day are finished. Sometimes we have to stay late when things pile up. Ambegaonkhurd has changed a lot lately with all the new construction. We have seen the whole area grow. We usually go to the shops down the street when we need a snack or a drink. It is a very local way of working. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It is just us managing every part of the business ourselves. We handle everything from the cleaning to the actual services. It is practical and it works for our small team.
