We work out of 87/2 Kothrud on Street Number 4. The office is located in the Mahavir Jain Colony, specifically in the Sutar Building. If you are looking for us, we are near where Deepak Cable is. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but people seem to find Chetan Real Estate Consultants okay. The building is a bit older, and the stairs can be a little steep. Inside, we’ve got our desks pushed against the walls to make more room. There is always a lot of chatter from the other units in Sutar Building. Kothrud is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening on Street Number 4. We spend most of our time looking at property details and answering questions for folks who wander in. We have a small window that looks out onto the colony, and we can see the delivery bikes going past. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some mismatched chairs and a printer that jams if you put too much paper in it. But it works for us. We’ve been in Mahavir Jain Colony for a good while, so we know the layout of the place by heart. Usually, we close up around six or seven in the evening. It’s just honest work in a neighborhood we know well. We don't make a big fuss about things, just handle the consulting as it comes to us.
