We are located over in Chandan Nagar, right near the Medipoint Hospital. It gets pretty busy around here with the hospital traffic, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to find a spot to park. We've been at this address for a while now, just handling our import and export work from this small office. Most days it’s just us three or four people sitting around desks covered in papers and folders. Harshini Import And Export Pvt. Ltd. isn't some huge fancy corporation with glass walls. It’s just a practical space where we make sure the shipping lists are right and the cargo gets where it needs to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside or the ambulances passing by the Medipoint Hospital twice. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking schedules or talking to drivers who are stuck in traffic on the way to the warehouse. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We mostly stick to ourselves and try to keep things organized. If you walk past the hospital, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a bit faded from the sun but we haven't bothered to change it because everyone knows where we are anyway. We usually take our lunch breaks together and talk about regular stuff, not just work. It's a decent place to spend the day. We have been here so long that the local tea seller knows exactly how we like our morning brew.
