If you look for Spruce Impex Pvt. Ltd., you’ll find our place in the Ambethan Midc area over in Chakan. We’re located within Camron Industrial Park-ii. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving in and out and the constant sound of machinery in the distance. The park itself is quite large and sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find the right unit because everything looks the same. Our office and warehouse space is where all the actual work happens. We handle the import and export stuff from here, which means we’re often surrounded by boxes and crates. Chakan is quite a trek from the main city, but it’s where all the action is for businesses like ours. The weather out here gets really dusty, especially when the wind picks up across the open spaces between the sheds. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. It’s more about having enough space to move the inventory and keep the records straight. Most of our staff have been around for a bit and they know the drill. We just get the orders, check the quality, and figure out the best way to get them to the port. It’s a lot of manual coordination and keeping an eye on the clock.
