You can find us at Sacred World in Wanwadi. We are on the second floor of the North Block in Shop No 7. It’s a decent sized building and fairly easy to get to once you are in the 411040 area. We’ve set up shop here to handle property matters around Pune. It’s not a quiet job. We are constantly on the move, checking out different plots and flats. The office is our home base where we file everything and take calls. Being in Sacred World means there’s always something going on nearby. We don't have a corporate script or a fancy front desk person. Usually, it's just one of us answering the door or the phone. We know the Wanwadi area pretty well by now. Real estate is mostly about knowing who is selling and who is buying, so we spend a lot of time talking to people. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We keep our paperwork organized in the back and have a couple of chairs for guests in the front. It’s a simple life working in property here. We don't make big promises, we just show what’s available on the market and help with the details. Most of our time is spent making sure the documents are right and the meetings happen on time.
