Caramel Creative Solutions Llp is our small setup here in Pune. We are located at Plot No 15 in Nav Maharashtra Society, which is just off the main Pune Satara Road. It is a bit of a residential area, so it feels a lot quieter than the main road itself. Most people get confused finding S. No 47, but once you find the society gate, it is pretty straightforward. We have been working out of this space for some time now. It’s basically a home that we turned into an office. There is a small garden outside where we sit sometimes when the weather is nice, which isn't often because of the dust from the road works. Inside, things are a bit messy. We have papers everywhere and a few computers that have seen better days. It is just a handful of us here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to open it. Pune Satara Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early or stay late to avoid the worst of the traffic. We do a bit of everything here, mostly creative stuff that people ask us for. We aren't trying to be some big agency. We just like doing our work and going home. The society is nice, though the neighbors sometimes complain if we talk too loud on the balcony. It feels like a real, honest place for us to work.
