Cadila Pharma Limited

Cadila Pharma Limited is based out of the Shree Hostel and Restaurant building in Yerwada. It’s a bit of a funny spot for a pharma office because you can always smell whatever they’re cooking downstairs. Usually, it’s something with a lot of spices like curry. Yerwada is a busy part of town, especially near the Chitale area. Our space is functional, nothing too flashy. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and enough room to keep the stock we need. The building has a lot of energy because of the students and travelers staying at the hostel. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the afternoons, but we just get on with it. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and checking the expiry dates on the boxes. It’s important work, even if it feels repetitive sometimes. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but that’s not really a priority right now. We focus more on making sure the orders are correct. The local tea stall is just around the corner, and that’s a regular stop for us. Dealing with the logistics in this part of Pune can be a challenge with the traffic, but we’ve figured out the times for trucks to come. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation here. We work, we have our lunch, and we make sure the business keeps moving along steadily. The days go by pretty fast when you're busy with all the lists. It is just a normal way to work.
