Bharat Pharma

Working out in the Midc Industrial Area of Baramati is different than being in the middle of town. Bharat Pharma is tucked away here among all the other warehouses and factories. It’s a lot of dust and trucks moving around all day. We’ve been at this location for a while. The building is a basic structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of stock and a small office area where we handle the orders. Baramati has grown a lot, and being in the industrial zone means we deal with a lot of logistics. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking the inventory lists. It gets loud outside with the machinery from the neighbors, but you get used to it after a week or two. We eat lunch together usually. There's a small tea stall down the road where everyone goes. The work is repetitive but it’s honest. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. People who need us know where we are. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit and wait it out. It’s just the way things are here. We keep the records in big ledgers and on the computer too. It’s a lot of keeping track of numbers and dates. We just want to get the work done right and go home. We usually lock up around six and the commute back into the main part of Baramati is pretty quick.
