We are over in Dhankwadi at the Shrikripa Building. Specifically, we're in Flat No. 5. It is a local spot on S. No. 31, and we have been working out of this area in Pune for a while now. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a regular space where we handle all our real estate business. We spend a lot of time looking at local maps and talking to folks from the neighborhood. Dhankwadi has its own vibe and we like being part of it. Most of our work is just keeping track of which flats are for sale or rent. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do our jobs and help people find a place to stay. It’s a lot of manual work, checking documents and making sure everything is in order. You might see us walking around the building or heading out to meet a client at a site. Pune City is growing fast and things change every day. We just try to keep up with it from our small office. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a few people over, but we make it work. It’s just how things are here. We don't use big words or fancy titles. We're just realtors working in Dhankwadi and trying to make sure the paperwork gets finished on time every day.
