Our office is located in Yerawada, specifically in Tower A of Runwal Prestige. It’s flat 21 on the higher side of the building. We’ve been operating from this part of Pune for some time. Yerawada is a fast-paced area and being in a spot like SN 103/127 makes it easy for us to stay connected with what’s happening in the property market. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here. Most of our day involves checking out new listings or talking to people about where they want to live. The building is pretty easy to spot if you know the CTS 1975 coordinates or just look for the Runwal towers. We don’t go for flashy ads or anything like that. We mostly just talk to neighbors and people looking to move into the city. Working in real estate means a lot of time on the phone and even more time driving around Pune to see houses. It can be exhausting but it’s what we do. Sometimes the traffic in Yerawada is a bit much but we managed to make this office feel like home. We focus on the practical side of things. If someone needs a place, we see what we can find. It’s a simple setup and we prefer it that way because it keeps things easy for everyone involved in the process.
