Bt Market Private Limited is run from Flat No. 705 in the Fasawari building within Nanded City. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a residential area, but it works well enough for what we do. Nanded City is a big place, and being in Fasawari gives us a bit of a quiet spot to focus on our market activities. We aren't a huge corporation with a massive office building and dozens of staff. It’s just us working out of this flat, keeping track of things and managing the business day to day. We started this because we saw an opportunity in the market and wanted to see if we could make a go of it on our own. Most of our time is spent looking at data, making calls, and trying to figure out where things are headed next. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s interesting enough to keep us going through the week. The view from our floor is actually quite nice, which is a small bonus when we’ve been staring at computer screens for too many hours. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate our processes with useless steps. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone else in the building. It’s a very personal way to run a business, and we prefer it that way. We just do our work, pay our bills, and try to keep growing bit by bit. That is about it for us.
